1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website (“Site”) or engaging services from Virtual Office Solutions (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use this Site or our services.

2. Role of Virtual Office Solutions

Virtual Office Solutions is a managed IT services and cybersecurity provider that supports organizations with technology operations, cybersecurity controls, and compliance readiness, including CMMC Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 preparation.

We provide support, guidance, implementation assistance, and managed services.
We do not act as a CMMC Third-Party Assessment Organization (C3PAO), certification authority, or government agency.

3. Services

Our services may include, but are not limited to:

  • Managed IT and security services
  • Cybersecurity monitoring and protection
  • Microsoft cloud services and configuration
  • Risk assessments and gap analysis
  • CMMC Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 readiness support
  • Policy templates, documentation & evidence support, and technical remediation

Specific services, scope, responsibilities, and pricing are governed by a separate written agreement, statement of work, or managed services agreement (“Service Agreement”).

4. CMMC Support & Shared Responsibility

Virtual Office Solutions assists customers in aligning their environments with applicable CMMC requirements; however:

  • CMMC compliance is the customer’s responsibility
  • Certification decisions are made solely by authorized assessors and the U.S. Department of Defense
  • No service guarantees CMMC certification or a specific assessment outcome

Customers are responsible for:

  • Executive oversight and policy enforcement
  • Accurate representation of business processes
  • User behavior, training, and internal controls
  • Maintaining compliance beyond the technical controls we manage

5. Information Security & Data Protection

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect systems and information, including Federal Contract Information (FCI) and, when contractually agreed, Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI).

Security practices may include:

  • Access control and authentication
  • System monitoring and logging
  • Malware and threat protection
  • Secure configuration management

Data handling obligations specific to FCI or CUI are governed by the applicable Service Agreement.

6. Authorized Use

You agree to use the Site and Services only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and contractual obligations.

You agree not to:

  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
  • Bypass security controls
  • Introduce malicious software
  • Misrepresent compliance status or security posture

7. Confidentiality

Non-public information exchanged in the course of providing services will be treated as confidential and used solely for legitimate business purposes, except where disclosure is required by law or permitted by agreement.

8. Third-Party Products and Services

Our services may involve third-party vendors, platforms, or software (including cloud and security providers). Virtual Office Solutions is not responsible for the performance, availability, or security of third-party services beyond our contractual obligations.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Virtual Office Solutions or its licensors and may not be copied or distributed without written permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Virtual Office Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of data, revenue, contracts, or certification outcomes.

Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the services giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Virtual Office Solutions from claims, damages, or losses arising from:

  • Your misuse of services
  • Inaccurate compliance representations
  • Violations of law or contract
  • Failure to follow recommended security practices

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate services or Site access for violations of these Terms, security risks, or unlawful activity, subject to the applicable Service Agreement.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Site or Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
