How to setup your Out of Office Message in Office 365
1. Log-in to the Office 365 Outlook app.

2. Select the "Gear" symbol at the top right of the screen along the ribbon (see below in the picture).
Then select "Automatic replies":

How to - Setup a Resource Calendar
Once have permission to a resource calendar, you can start using it right away.
When you need to schedule an appointment using a resource, you can CC the resource calendar (logmein@vos365.com, example); which will automatically book your appointment if that spot is available, or if not it will deny the appointment with a reason why.
You can use Outlook to assign 'read/write/modify' permissions to your calendar. When you grant permissions to your calendar with someone inside your organization (UW-Madison), they will be able to add it directly to their calendar view in Outlook or Outlook Web App.
